Job description

Are you the enthusiastic office manager  who will help us grow in the Netherlands?

Your mission will consist of :  

  1. Liaise with the local management in Amsterdam and abroad to get things done
  2. Help with the office organization , administration and logistics
  3. Handlle support and back office functions
    1. Administration / accounting :  invoice recording and transmission to relevant channels, budgeting, interfacing with intermediaries as needed (accountant and payroll, banks, insurances, travel agent, lawyer), claim expense handling, organizing travels for staff
    2. HR : supporting the new staff onboarding, making sure people have a safe and enjoyable environment to work in, supporting the hiring for sales with support of hiring agency
    3. General secretary : fulfilling the obligations of the company (board resolution, information to KVK, shareholder register) with support from an external lawyer

Job qualifications

  • Position located in
  • Part time contract of 16 hours / weekto begin with (split  in 4 half  working days)
  • Starting date :    September 1st, 2017

 

Requirements

  • Command of English language,  Dutch  would be a plus .
  • At least 5 year working experience
